Role Overview 🚀

As Director of Product Marketing, you will define and lead the global product marketing strategy at Benifex, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This role is central to a major transformation, evolving the function from product‑ and feature‑focused messaging to a value‑led, buyer‑centric approach grounded in customer insight and business impact. You will oversee go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, messaging, enablement and competitive intelligence across a complex, multi‑product portfolio. As a senior leader, you will operate as both a strategist and a player‑coach, leading and developing a high‑performing team of three while remaining hands‑on where it matters most.

Responsibilities 🤘

  • Define and own the global product marketing vision, strategy and operating model.
  • Lead the transformation of messaging from feature‑based to value‑ and outcome‑driven storytelling.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a global team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Own product and value messaging, ensuring consistency across the organisation.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and execution for products, features and solutions.
  • Build a centre of excellence for product marketing, ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment and end‑to‑end readiness for launches and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.
  • Develop packaging, pricing and monetisation strategies in collaboration with Product and Finance.
  • Establish clear frameworks, processes and KPIs for product marketing impact and effectiveness.
  • Represent Product Marketing at senior and executive level, influencing strategy and decision‑making.

What are we looking for? 🔎

  • Proven experience as a Director (or equivalent senior leader) within Product Marketing.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS, working with complex products and enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a product marketing transformation or maturity journey.
  • Deep expertise in go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, messaging and sales enablement.
  • Experience influencing product roadmaps and commercial strategies at a senior level.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience leading and developing teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, change and scaling environments.
  • Highly collaborative, able to bring teams together across functions.
  • Data‑informed mindset, using insights from research, analytics and performance metrics to shape strategy.
  • Confident communicator, able to present to leadership teams and build compelling business cases.
